Roberto was born in Bologna, he graduated from the Culinary Art School in Bologna and in Hospitality Management Institute in Australia, Roberto apprenticed in Italian and International kitchens under renowned Chefs such as Pietro Leeman, Davide Oldani, Albert Roux, Sergio Mei, Giacomo Gallina and others.
Since then Roberto has worked with various organizations as a Chef and Consultant in Italy, Greece, Cuba, UK, China, Russia, Turkey, Australia and others.
